I have also been fully responsible for customer service and quality management and other details such as decoration and facility improvement.
It was the first Digital Agency (Digital Marketing Strategy, Branding, Social Media and Content Marketing Campaigns) in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, for which I became leader of a team of up to 6-8 people (3 designers, 1 copywriter, 1 sales executive, 1 administrator) having to be able to manage and schedule up to 5 projects at a time in a fast-paced environment..
During the first trimester, I generated a revenue of 22k+ by negotiating and selling projects with a selling ratio that has now gone up to 70% success rate and a total of more than 40 clients.
During this 9 years as Independent Consultant and Strategist, I’ve created and presented Marketing Strategies as well as Creative Marketing Plans and Media Plans using relevant tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
I also do periodical monitoring and report analytics and results for Digital Campaigns involving Marketing Research, Marketing Media Plan, Content Strategy, Digital Strategy, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing, SEO, PR, Email marketing, branding and digital design such as logo, email design, web design, web development and digital ads with tools such as infusionsoft, mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.).
During my time at Sport City Swim, I generated 2.5 times growth in sales after creating and presenting to the Board of Directors and later implementing my Marketing Strategy and by refreshing the Brand to one that still delivers results for the Company.
I always did my best to deliver results on time all while co-managing up to 30 staff members.
